1. Acceptance

By accessing or using RapidScript Pro ("Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscription & seats

The Service is licensed on a seat-based subscription model. Each "seat" represents one active user account within your organisation. Your organisation's administrator may activate, deactivate, or reassign seats subject to the seat limit purchased.

3. Acceptable use

  • You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access, reverse-engineer, or scrape the Service.
  • You will not publish defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful content generated through the Service.

4. Intellectual property

The platform, its features, and underlying technology are owned by RapidScript Pro. Content you create using the Service ("Customer Content") remains owned by you. You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Content as necessary to operate the Service.

5. AI-generated content

Scripts and summaries produced by the Service are generated by automated systems and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying all content before publication, broadcast, or distribution. See our Disclaimer.

6. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold RapidScript Pro harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by your organisation in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach. On termination, your organisation's data will be retained as set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at [City], India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.
